Today’s security threat profile makes it critical that Government facilities protect physical assets against internal threats as well as external threats. Critical IT assets and tools that are on-premise for emergency backup should be secured. Likewise, smart devices that are not allowed in sensitive areas or are owned by visitors should be locked up.

The AirLocker Smart Locker solution provides an ideal solution: it operates with the same security functionality as a FICAM approved access control system, requiring CAC, PIV, PIV-I or TWIC credentials for access. Users are enrolled by a CAC or PIV Enrollment System and certificate status can be monitored by certificate revocation status.
